In my defense, this made sense when I first thought of it . . .
Anyway, this is my submission for
's cosplay contest. Matsuda is Chiyo-chan from Azumanga Daoih, one of my favorite mangas. L is Sakaki-san, and Light is Yomi, lol. I didn't give him glasses, but trust me, he has fat thighs 
Backstory for those who aren't familiar with Azumanga: A running gag in the series is one of the characters thinks that Chiyo-chan uses her pigtails to fly. Because Matsuda is Chiyo here, he is using the pigtails to chase down Kira. Yeah.
